My name is Sarah White and I am a GHR Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Grantham, Lincolnshire in the East Midlands close to Nottingham, Lincoln, Newark, Sleaford and Stamford. The GHR is the largest professional registering organisation for practising hypnotherapists in the UK.
Hypnotherapy is my passion and I never cease to be amazed by the power of the mind. Used correctly, the mind can heal us of ills, get rid of our limitations and change our behaviour to support us in our goals. Hypnotherapy and hypnosis can be used for things such as:

Everyone who comes for hypnotherapy with myself gets a free CD of their hypnotherapy session for them to take away and listen to whenever they feel the need. Listening to these CD's has been proven to increase the efficacy of the hypnotherapy session as it further cements the suggestions made. These CD's are your personalised sessions, not a one-size-fits-all, so it is a wonderful bonus on top of your actual therapy. They are also wondefully relaxing to listen to!
